PFC Jimmy Keith Morrison, Vietnam Veteran, Native of Shelby, North Carolina.
Private First Class Jimmy Keith Morrison, casualty of the Vietnam War. As a member of the Army Selective Service and a Draftee, PFC Morrison served our country until May 26th, 1967 in Binh Duong, South Vietnam. He was 19 years old and was married. It was reported that Jimmy died from small arms fire or grenade. PFC Morrison is on panel 20E, line 121 of the Vietnam Memorial Wall in Washington D.C. He served our country for less than a year.

He was the husband of Mrs Joann T Morrison, Shelby, NC.
He served with Alpha Company 2nd Battalion, 14th Infantry Regiment, "Golden Dragons", 25th Infantry Division, "Tropic Lightning", USARV.
He was awarded The Combat Infantryman's Badge (CIB), The Bronze Star Medal, The Purple Heart Medal for his combat related wounds, The Vietnam Service Medal, The Republic of Vietnam Campaign Service Medal, The National Defense Service Medal and the Good Conduct Medal.
