5	0355	Laterite pit reported 2 personnel between him and the bunker line, also some movement to his front, was not taken under fire.
11	0704	Bde: A patrol this morning observed fresh graves and fresh tracks at XT677225.
20	1105	From Bde to S3: Junior Leaders Course 21-25 Mar, people attending are to take 3 sets fatigues, 1 blanket, web gear, steel pot, weapon, report for school at 1800 hrs 20 Mar.
39	2220	Bde informed 2/14 Inf that 2/27th inf engaged unknown size VC element at XT645168 in front of their perimeter wire line.

13	0745	C/4/23 reported 2 possible mortar sites, small trench and 2 expended illuminating rounds vic XT665236.
25	1900	2/27 spotted 2 persons vic XT631172, permission to fire given, results unk.
31	2210	From G2: 1. Arty fired on trench at XT643247 along a tree line, uncovered 200 meters of trench that was covered with tin and wood. 2. Arty fired on old hooch at XT643244, neg results. 3. Arty fired on sampan and bunker at XT611511, neg results.
32	2223	2/27 engaging unknown number of VC in last string of wire at XT645168. Firing M-79 and requesting mortar illumination. Neg results.
36	2400	SUMMARY: Opn ALA MOANA continued. 1st Bde continued security opns vic Cu Chi base and conducted one Bn (-) S&D opn vic the FILHOL Plantation. 4/9 Inf prepared for tactical movement to Long An Province. 2/14 Inf conducted security opns vic Cu Chi base. 4/23 Inf conducted three separate Co S&D opns in FILHOL Plantation. PLANS SUMMARY: 4/9 Inf will move one Co to Long An Province and prepare to move remainder of Bn. 2/14 Inf will conduct security opns and maintenance vic Cu Chi base. 4/23 Inf will conduct security opns and maintenance vic Cu Chi base.
