4	1205	From S2 Air to S2: Sighted a storage of supplies laying on the ground near a sampan off loading point at XT518384, called in air strike, supplies damaged. Approx 50 barrels half size 50 gal drums still remain in area, partially damaged not in FFZ. 0930-1100 hrs.
7	1335	C Co Patrol #5 reports having one heat casualty from lack of water. Patrol is approx 500 meters out of base camp and requests a vehicle with water meet them on the main road, C Co was informed and will take action.
9	1423	C Co Patrol 5 closed base camp. Heat casualty is recuperating, will not need dustoff.
31	2124	B Co reports movement at vic Coord XT502486 and requests illumination in that area. Saw nothing when it was fired.

25	2400	SUMMARY: 1st Bde operating with one Bn (4/9 Inf) continued security opns vic Cu Chi base. One Co as Div Base Reaction Force and one Co maintaining fwd base vic XT698192. PLANS SUMMARY: 1st Bde continues responsibility of controlling the defense of the Cu Chi base perimeter. 4/9 Inf continues security opns vic Cu Chi base and conducts BUDDY S&D opns with 2/7 ARVN from vic XT7117 to XT6815 beginning 220730H.
