2	0005	Msg from S2: 4/9 fwd village of Binh Chanh is under mortar and S/A attack.
17	0705	B/4/23 & 3/50 ARVN loc XS654784. RVN unit picked up (1) female VCS same loc, VCS WIA, being evacuated.
22	0952	B/4/23 loc vic XS657788, neg contact. CHECKMATE platoon heard fire fight 1000-1500 meters to east vic XS625780. Contact was established with ARVN and they confirmed VC contact. VC broke contact and were last observed vic XS627780. Estimate one VC squad.
23	1008	2/14 reports 105 round exploded in B/7/11 Arty (2/14 area). 3 WIA from 7/11 Arty.
31	1420	Operation KALIHI terminated effective 142400.
37	1540	2/27 spotted (10) VC vic XT6217 coordinated w/Div & 4/23 for clearance to fire Arty. Results (5) VC KIA (Poss).
65	2400	SUMMARY: 1st Bde continues Opn LANIKAI with 4/23 Inf conducting S&D BUDDY with 1 Co and element of 3/50 RVN. Opn KALIHI was terminated effective 142400H. At 1540 hrs 7/11 Arty engaged 10-15 VC vic XT619178. Results 10 VC KIA (Poss).
