ITEM`	TIME	INCIDENTS, MESSAGES, ORDERS, ETC.
1	0038	A/M reported man with fever of 100 degrees, medic recommends evacuation. Man from 3/4 Cav will be dispatched in an aid vehicle
2	0048	C Co patrol reported that it had two men who were hysterical requested to return to A/M. Notified S-3 and S-3 gave permission to return, men were SP4 Pendleton and PFC Walton.
5	0125	Aid vehicle departed for A/M at 0120
6	0142	DX1 C Co patrol reported into A/M
7	0145	Aid vehicle returned to BC, with the one sick man and the 2 men from the patrol that were hysterical
9	0208	The aid vehicle has returned to BC the patrol and reinforcements will stay at A/M
13	0535	Called Bde to confirm the C&C ship for 0715 (conf 0700)
15	0615	C Co completed change of bunker line as of 0615
19	0740	3 wanted to know when he was going to get his prep fires
21	0748	D3 check with Arty for ETA on prep fires - also notify Arty we are located XT 657177. Prep fires on the way 0750. SB 10 reconning by fire
22	0758	SB10 asked D3 to shift fires a little farther away - 2 people scratched by shrapnel from Artillery
23	0800	3/4 Cav reconning by fire
26	0822	Tunnel entrances in some of the burned out homes in area.
29	0837	B6 found 2 tunnel complexes and 2 trench lines on objective JANE. Checked out - blowing them
30	0845	Located more tunnels at XT 637183. Recon by fire; B Co also found tunnels same area.
34	0857	D3 - bunkers, foxholes at location XT 635182 - bunkers have camouflage, destroying with Flame APC. Set up around area to destroy
35	0905	Located freshly dug trench line and tunnel (XT 634182). Destroying
37	0937	D6 XT 636179 located vacant village also tunnel complex. Village looks like it has been used in last 24 hours
38	0953	SB10 Encountered booby traps in hedgerow at XT 633177. Destroying in place. One Arty round booby trap, will try to blow in place at 0955 2 grenades blown, will place charge on 105 and blow on order of D3 (SB10)
39	1000	3/4 Cav found rice, 50 lbs unhusked, 1 tunnel and recent signs of activities within last 24 hours. Rice loaded on APC
41	1050	SB10 Located 3 spider holes with connecting tunnels - destroyed in place XT 634179
44	1100	B6 Located 2 more tunnels at XT 633179
45	1101	SB10 reports either command detonate or trip wire mine. Checking to see if there is any change. Same location D-3 reports heavy booby trapped area. AT XT 631178 burning out with flame APC and will detonate booby traps
465	1115	SB10 found command detonated 105 round in tree XT 631177. Will blow in place
47	1140	SB10 starting button for return sweep to BC located trench line and 25 100 lb bags of rice in hedgerow XT 632176 - bring rice to BC
48	1213	SB10 reports a lot of cooking utensils outside of homes in area
49	1130	DB6 - be advised loud explosion to your rear was AT mine your element ran over but didn't explode
50	1244	SB10 - we found 2 more bags of rice. Bags unservicable. Destroyed XT 637174. At 1247 3/4 Cav Big boy hit a boobytrap at XT 638175. No one injured.
51	1250	D-3 - Don't bring that stuff any closer we are getting close to JANE. 1254 reference to Artillery. 3/4 Cav to D3 have a tank in trench line, in the tree line. All were false, except one and going to set charge to it. At 1257 - 3/4 Cav to D3 - the one with shell was parachute canister the other looked like a rocket. None booby trapped. At 1300 - 3/4 Cav had a vehicle track dropped in a basement. Take 5 min to pull it out. 1303 - 3/4 Cav had track out. 1304 - 3/4 Cav 2 men wounded by booby trap, not serious. 1307 - D3 to 3/4 Cav take same route as this morning. 1307 3/4 Cav to D3 ready to move, D3 move out.
52	1314	3/4 Cav found 3 tunnels and basement with tunnel under it. At 1315 B Co found and destroyed 2 booby traps. XT 650177
53	1401	D6X B Co preparing to enter OP A/M XT 662177 1445 section ambush from medic to A/M to pick up two WIA from 3/4 Cav
54	1410	SB-10 has 1 disabled track due to Mech failure. Sending 3 tanks to pick up A Co will tow disabled track in.
58	1507	One tank broke a track. Will have to leave one element to secure tank. Will take approx 45 min to fix will come back to pick up Big Boy
59	1520	Wire line to laterite pit is out. Wire team out checking line at 1500 hrs. No contact by radio at this time.
60	1535	Mortar plat Ldr requested to come up on Bn Alt Freq to adjust fire. Permission granted Capt Deliz
76	1945	C Co patrol requested fire mission concentration FN 009 250 meter height of burst. HE nature of target marking round
