9	0340	2/14 ANN MARGARET received SA fire from 3 VC at 0320 hrs. VC armed with 2 rifles, 1 AW, one rifle grenade received. Fire returned on outpost. VC withdrew. Called Arty. 1 WIA from rifle grenade. Not serious evacuation not necessary.
13	0407	2/14 Arty mission (ref item 9) complete. Results unk. Neg contact.
24	0700	2/14: Co C in psn. Co B has not yet completed occupation of psns 1-10. Est time of completion: 20-30- min.
25	0725	2/14 at Ann Margaret found craters from 4 60mm, 2 HG, & 2 claymores. Calling EOD team to clear area.
27	0928	2/14 rpts S&A plat rec sniper fire from 508128. Returned fire w/M79. Results unk.
28	0930	B/2/14 picket psn blocking. C/2/14 on PL Ohio waiting for civil affairs team. Will cross LD at approximately 0950.
29	1036	1019 hrs C/2/14 discovered tunnel at coord 506216. Tunnel rat is presently approx 75 ft into tunnel. Tunnel shows evidence of recent use however nothing found.
30	1059	C/2/14 rpts (1055) finished first leg of tunnel, approx 100 ft & starting 2d leg. No contact & nothing found.
32	1250	2/14 - S&A Plat w/4 APCs Pys War Team and A Doctor are going to vic 479209 and conduct Helping Hand Opn from 1330-15--. PF have been rel. Co C is investigating two tunnel complexes vic 506216. Co B is still in psn blocking elem are about 200m apart. PF elem rel and returned to parent unit. Neg en contact.
35	1404	2/14 S&A Plat at 479209 (Helping Hand)
36	1500	2/14 (Rear) S-3 advised that "Put max amount of wire in creek on both sides of bridge between now & dark. Each bunker at bridge will also have a Starlight".
40	1610	C/2/14 completed blowing tunnels at 1545. No contact nothing found.
65	2320	C/2/14 rec appx (5) rds SA fire fm 514197, return fire and Arty on psn. Cannot obs.

2	1610	Rec Cas Rept Battle WIA. A/2/14 Williams, Arthur L. Jr. US52633868 PFC E3 150310 Jun 66. XT663171. Mortar frag. upper right leg. Wounded on bunker line observing enemy mortar rounds coming in.
