1	1600	Rec Cas Rept Battle WIA.   HHC/2/14 Padgett, Douglas A.  US56388933  PFC E3 091140 Jun 66.  XT514193  Gunshot wound right leg.  Sniper fire.  Sitting in jeep at roadblock.

82	1945	Reported by Lt Ebitz 2/14 CA activities 09 Jun 66.  At An Binh XT514188 had Medcap at which 130 patients were treated from 0900 to 1200 hrs.  At An Duc XT532181 had Med at which 160 patients were treated.  During the day they encountered about 1100 people and distributed the following: 1.  350 pcs chewing gum 2.  120 cigarettes 3.  20 can openers 4.  120 lbs sugar 5.  50 lbs of wheat 6.  120 toothbrushes 7.  120 tubes of tooth paste 8.  200 rehabilitation leaflets 10.  2000 III corps newspapers 11.  500 MEDCAP leaflets 12.  400 toys 13.  4000 articles of clothing 14.  760 "B" rations cans Bob Jones and an AP reporter were there to write this up.
