2	1350	Rec fr Lt. Deliz (2/14) Cas Rept - Battle WIA Paul N. Lerner, Pfc, US51558572, B/2/14 Wnd in right eye, Prog: Gd. Plt was moving NW from Ann-Margaret position when blast occur. Artillery 1215 hrs.
3	1414	Rec fr Lt. Deliz (2/14) Cas Rept - Battle WIA Paul Ice, Pfc, US55826970, B/2/14 Penetrating wnd right scapular region and right lateral face. Prog: Gd. Plt moving NW from Ann-Margaret position when artillery blast occurred. 1215 hrs.
4	1900	Rec fr Pvt. Lanham (2/14) Cas Rept - NBI Battle Mason Elkins, SSgt, RA13257367, A/2/14 Penetrating grenade frag under left eye. Prog: Gd. Placing grenade and trip wire when grenade exploded - on a defensive perimeter. XT 659165 at 1810 hrs.

6	0450	2/14 rptd two rounds of arty or mortar fell about 25 meters from OP Ann Margaret. Capt Patton talked to Capt Lombardo (7/11 Arty LNO to 4/9). Capt Lombardo states that verbal agreement was made with 2/14 (Lt Tyler, 7/11 LNO) to fire mortar 4 and 1 at coord XT670168 which is vic of dud bomb loc of 070805 air strike.
41	1310	B 2/14 reported 3 men wounded by friendly arty, 2 walking wounded, 1 stretcher case with back wound between shoulder blades, 1 walking case has slight wound in left side of head, other walking case has eye injury of undetermined seriousness. Stretcher case was wearing flack jacket. All wounded were ZPvts. Coord vic 661173. General impression is that none of the wounds were serious. Occurred 081305.
